摘要
该文介绍了结构的可靠性与可靠度的基本概念以及可靠指标的计算方法,回顾了我国输电线路杆塔主要规范的修订历程及相应的杆塔结构设计方法;进而从结构构件和结构体系两个层次分析了我国输电杆塔结构及其构件可靠度的研究进展。结果表明,我国输电线路杆塔结构的可靠指标基本达不到设计可靠指标的要求;需从结构构件和结构体系两个层次提高杆塔结构的可靠度设置水平;应建立杆塔结构可靠度分析所需变量的统计资料库。
In this paper,the basic concepts of structural reliability and reliability and the calculation method of reliability index are introduced,the revision process of the main specifications of transmission line towers in China and the corresponding tower structure design methods are reviewed;then,the research progress of transmission tower structure and its component reliability in China is analyzed from the two levels of structural components and structural system.The results show that the reliability index of transmission line tower structure in China can not meet the requirements of design reliability index;it is necessary to improve the reliability setting level of tower structure from the two levels of structural components and structural system;a statistical database of variables required for tower structure reliability analysis shall be established.
