坚持“以本为本”,把本科教育放在人才培养的核心地位是新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议的中心议题。为全面引领高等工程教育未来,高教领域已经唱响了“复旦共识”“天大行动”“北京指南”新工科建设“三部曲”,大力发展和建设新工科。基于“新工科”视角,根据地方本科高校的办学定位,立足新时代、新要求和新挑战,以产业为引领,聚焦调整专业结构、创新人才培养模式、优化人才培养方案、改革教学方法、加强师资队伍建设、构建有效的教学质量保障体系等方面,深化专业内涵建设,促进地方本科高校的人才培养与区域社会经济发展紧密对接。
