长期以来,公共图书馆因其广泛的受众主体、丰富的馆藏资源、多元的服务形式,以及提供无偿均等的服务等优势成为了大众实施社会活动的理想场所。该文分析了当前公共图书馆发挥服务职能的不足之处,并对新时代图书馆该如何创新服务理念、融合新技术,在持续促进教育公平、提升全民科学文化素养的同时,更高效地发挥出服务职能进行了思考及探讨。

For a long time,public libraries have become an ideal place for the implementation of social education because of their broad audience,rich collection resources,diversified service forms and the advantages of providing free and equal services.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current public library's service function.This paper also discusses how the library in the new era should innovate the service concept,integrate new technology,and give more efficient play to the service function while continuously promoting educational equity and improving the scientific and cultural literacy of the whole people.
