摘要
跆拳道运动作为历史悠久、流传广泛的运动项目,深受广大人民群众喜爱。跆拳道有着较高的健身价,长期练习跆拳道运动,不仅可以增强人的体能,而且还可以磨练人的意志,提升人的心理素养,全面提升人体素养。跆拳道对在青年少当中普及较广,越来越多的学校将跆拳道作为体育教学内容来开展教学。该文主要研究跆拳道训练科学原理,探讨跆拳道运动训练中多元化训练法,为跆拳道运动训练者在多元化训练法应用方面提供经验和参考。
As a popular sport with a long history,taekwondo is deeply loved by the people.Taekwondo has high fitness value.Long-term practice of Taekwondo can not only enhance people's physical fitness,but also temper people's will,improve people's psychological quality and comprehensively improve human quality.Taekwondo is widely used among young people.More and more schools take taekwondo as physical education teaching content.This paper mainly studies the scientific principle of Taekwondo training and discusses the diversified training method in Taekwondo training,so as to provide experience and reference for Taekwondo trainers in the application of diversified training method.
