药品集采结余留用政策相关指标分析

国家组织药品集中采购工作落地实施以来,结余资金的测算对医疗机构有着非常重要的激励作用。本文结合安徽省工作实际,对相关参数指标进行模拟演算,以各医疗机构不同报量大小进行分类分析,最终得出建议:医疗机构在报量时可适当上浮约定采购量基数,引导患者尽量减少使用未中选产品或者使用采购价低于中选价的非中选药品,以期达到各品种的结余留用资金最大化。

Since the implementation of centralized drug procurement organized by the state,the calculation of surplus funds has a very important incentive eff ect on medical institutions.Combined with the actual work of Anhui Province,this paper simulates and calculates the relevant parameters and indicators,classifi es and analyzes the diff erent reported volume of various medical institutions,and fi nally obtains some suggestions.When reporting the volume,medical institutions can appropriately fl oat up the agreed purchase volume base,and guide patients to minimize the use of non winning products or non winning drugs whose purchase price is lower than the winning price,so as to maximize the remaining funds of various varieties..
