摘要
为解决数据中心空调的气流循环问题,数据中心都需要进行空调的风道设计,如何使空调的风道通畅,节能,服务器散热效果好,成为了研究的重点。此文通过采用标准的铝型材封闭热通道结合可开启的热通道侧窗和棚板可翻转天窗的设计,使封闭热通道和吊顶巧妙的融为一体,降低了气流循环的阻力,通过热气流的升腾作用,降低了回风风机的能耗,达到了节能减排的作用。同时采用铝型材作为材料达到了材料可循环利用,方便回收,从而实现了资源的重复利用和绿色环保的要求。
To solve the airflow circulation problem of data center air conditioning,the air ducts of the air conditioning need to design.How to make the air ducts smooth,energy-saving,and have a good heat dissipation effect of servers has become the focus of research.This paper adopts the standard aluminum profile closed hot channel combined with the openable hot channel side window and the reversible skylight design.The closed hot channel and the ceiling are cleverly integrated,which reduces the resistance of airflow circulation and reduces the energy consumption of the return air fan through the ascending effect of hot airflow,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.At the same time,the use of aluminum profiles achieves thegoal of recyclingmaterial and convenient recycling,so as to meet the requirement of the reuse of resources and green environmental protection.
