超越地界的公共性——小西湖街区堆草巷的空间传承与动态再生

Publicity beyond Boundaries Spatial Inheritance and Dynamic Regeneration of Duicao Alley at Xiaoxihu Block

在历史地段保护与再生实践中,街巷承担着传承历史形态特征与满足现代生活需求的双重使命。通过自上而下的结构性保护与重构、自下而上的渐进式更新与营造两个层面剖析小西湖街区堆草巷及两侧地块内自然生发且丰富套叠的公共空间体系。并从街巷格局的动态重构、超越地界的空间共享、面向生活的营建机制3个方面总结历史街巷再生的方法和机制,借此反思历史街巷中公共空间的内涵及永续生机的根本。

In the conservation and regeneration practice of historic areas,streets and alleys bear the dual mission of inheriting the historical forms and satisfying the needs of modern life.This paper analyzes the naturally occurred and overlapped public space system of the Duicao alley in Xiaoxihu block on two levels:top-down structural conservation and reconstruction,and bottom-up gradual regeneration and construction.It also summarizes the methods and mechanisms of the regeneration of historic streets and alleys from three aspects:the dynamic reconstruction of the layout,the sharing of space beyond boundaries,and the life-oriented construction mechanism,casting reflections on the connotation of the public space in the historic streets and the foundation of perpetual vitality.
