缺氧诱导因子-1α在糖尿病肾损害中作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 糖尿病肾病是终末期肾病的主要病因,糖尿病患者肾脏处于慢性缺氧状态,对急性缺氧的适应反应受损,遭受急性打击时易发生急性肾损伤。缺氧诱导因子-1α是缺氧调节的关键因子,参与多种重要基因的低氧诱导,在缺氧适应反应中起关键作用。缺氧诱导因子-1α可能参与糖尿病肾脏疾病的发生、发展,可能与糖尿病对急性肾损伤的易损性相关。本文就缺氧诱导因子-1α在糖尿病肾病和糖尿病对急性肾损伤易损性中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Diabetic nephropathy is the main cause of end-stage renal disease. The kidney is in a state of chronic hypoxia in diabetic patients, and its adaptive response to acute hypoxia is impaired, therefore acute kidney injury often develops under acute attack. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α is a key factor in the regulation of hypoxia, and it regulates the induction of many important genes in hypoxia condition and plays a key role in adaptive response to hypoxia. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α may be involved in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy, and may also be correlated with the vulnerability of diabetes to acute kidney damage. This paper reviews the research progress of the role of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α in the vulnerabilities of diabetic nephropathy and diabetes to acute kidney injury.
