摘要
本文建立了利用有效碳数校正因子和归一化法定量的气相色谱分析甲乙酮的方法(有效碳数法)。通过优化仪器参数,用毛细管色谱柱对甲乙酮和杂质进行分离、氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测,采用有效碳数法对甲乙酮混合标样中各组分进行分析。结果表明,各组分的相对标准偏差(RSD)≤1.5%,回收率为91.8%~118%,检出限为13~69 mg/kg。采用有效碳数法测定甲乙酮实际样品,其结果与由实测校正因子归一化法得到的结果一致。甲乙酮含量实验室间比对的相对偏差(RD)为0.01%,醇(以丁醇计)的结果一致。该方法稳定、准确、快捷、环保,适用于甲乙酮的分析。
A method for analyzing methyl ethyl ketone(MEK)by gas chromatography with normalization and effective carbon number(ECN)correction factors was established(ECN method).Through optimization of instrumental parameters,MEK and impurities were separated by capillary chromatographic column and detected by FID.The components in the mixed MEK standard sample were analyzed by ECN method.The results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD)of components were less than 1.5%,the recoveries reached 91.8%-118%and the limits of detection were in the range of 13-69 mg/kg.The actual MEK samples were analyzed quantitatively by the ECN method and the results were in agreement with those obtained by using the normalization of correction factor by experiment.The relative deviations(RD)of two laboratories’MEK results were 0.01%,and the results of alcohols(in terms of butanol)were consistent.The gas chromatography with ECN correction factors is stable,accurate,convenient,environment-friendly and suitable for analysis of the MEK.
