吖啶黄素改良Baird-Parker琼脂在金黄色葡萄球菌检测中的应用研究

摘要 针对金黄色葡萄球菌检测过程中表皮葡萄球菌干扰的情况,改良Baird-Parker琼脂,抑制表皮葡萄球菌的生长,提高金黄色葡萄球菌检测的效率。根据表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的药敏试验,选择具有特异性的抗生素添加BairdParker琼脂。结果表明,吖啶黄素在药敏试验中具有明显的特异性,Baird-Parker琼脂中吖啶黄素浓度达到3.0×10^(-3) mg/mL后,能够很好地抑制表皮葡萄球菌的生长,提高金黄色葡萄球菌的检测效率。 In view of the influence of Staphylococcus epidermidis in the detection of Staphylococcus aureus,Baird-Parker Agar was modified to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis and improve the detection efficiency of Staphylococcus aureus.According to the drug sensitivity test of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus,the specificity antibiotic was added to Baird-Parker Agar.Acridine flavin presented obvious specificity in drug sensitivity test.The concentration of acridine flavin in Baird-Parker Agar reached 3.0×10^(-3) mg/mL could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis and improved the detection efficiency of Staphylococcus aureus.
