摘要
以油页岩半焦(SC)和阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)共同稳定水包二甲基硅油(DMS,含黄腐酸FA)Pickering乳液,结合自由基聚合反应制备了聚丙烯酸/二甲基硅油/黄腐酸/半焦(PAA/DMS/FA/SC)缓释型复合保水剂。研究结果表明,PAA/DMS/FA/SC在蒸馏水和0.9 wt% NaCl溶液中的吸水倍率分别达到585和79 g/g,引入适量Pickering乳液有效提升了复合保水剂的吸水保水性能。缓释实验表明,PAA/DMS/FA/SC中FA在水和土壤中的缓释时间均可延长至40天,缓释碳含量分别达到55.42和105.64 mg/L。盆栽试验表明,PAA/DMS/FA/SC具有显著促进作物生长的能力,该缓释型复合保水剂在农业水肥一体化系统中具有潜在应用优势。
A new type superabsorbent of polyacrylic acid/dimethicone/fulvic acid/semicoke (PAA/DMS/FA/SC) with slow release performance was made by oil shale semicoke (SC) and cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) jointly stabilized the Pickering emulsion of dimethicone (DMS) containing fulvic acid (FA)-in-water and free radical polymerization.The results showed that PAA/DMS/FA/SC had perfect water absorption capacity of 585 and 79 g/g in distilled water and 0.9 wt% NaCl solution,respectively.The introduction of appropriate Pickering emulsion effectively improved the water absorption and retention capacity of the superabsorbent polymers.The slow release experiments showed that the slow release time of FA in water and soil could extend to 40 days,while the slow release carbon content reached 55.42 and 105.64 mg/L,respectively.Pot experiment showed that PAA/DMS/FA/SC had significantly promoted crop growth that could be used as an integrated water and fertilizer system with potential advantages in the agricultural field.
