天使的回归:“Z世代”青年女护士职业发展反思

Return of Angels:Reflections on the Career Development of Young Female Nurses in“Z Generation”

新时代女性解放之目标已转至人格独立、经济独立。疫情下,这一群体中接受新思想洗礼的"Z世代"青年女护士走出家庭,走向社会,在战"疫"中勇敢承担起救死扶伤之社会责任,堪称"白衣天使",被誉为"新时代最可爱的人"。"Z世代"青年女护士的职业前景美好,但也充满了不易与艰辛,处于传统与现代、家庭与社会之间的这些职业女性,常常面临着不可避免之二难抉择,即徘徊于自身传统责任与现代社会责任及家庭与职业之间,其内心极度的苦闷、彷徨。本文以"Z世代"护士为研究对象,通过抽样调查与个案访谈的方式,分析这一特殊群体的生境问题及其原因,最后提出了"折翼的天使"之体面回归路径。这不仅有利于提高新时代青年女护士职业的身份认同感,稳定与加强新时代护士队伍建设,而且能够真正实现新时代女性的解放,推动我国护理事业更好更快地发展,从而满足人民群众的健康需要,最终建成健康中国。

The goal of female emancipation in the new era has shifted to personal and economic independence.Under the covid-19 epidemic situation,this group of young female nurses of the“Z generation”,who have been baptized with new ideas,walked out of the family and went to the society,bravely taken up the social responsibility of saving lives and helped the wounded in the battle of epidemic situation.They are called“angels in white”and are known as“the loveliest person in the new era”.The career prospects of young female nurses of“Z generation”are bright,but they are also full of difficulties and hardships.These professional women,who are in the middle of tradition and modernity,family and society,are often faced with the inevitable dilemma of choosing between their traditional responsibilities and modern social responsibilities,between family and career,and their hearts are extremely depressed and hesitation.Taking“Z generation”nurses as the research object,this paper analyzes the habitat problems and their causes of this special group through sample survey and case interview,and finally proposes a decent return path for“broken-winged angels”This will not only help to improve the identity of young female nurses in the new era,stabilize and strengthen the construction of nursing team in the new era,but also truly realize the liberation of women in the new era,promote the better and faster development of China’s nursing career,so as to meet the health needs of the people and finally build a healthy China.
