高校学生社团劳动育人的禀赋、困境及方略--基于结构功能主义的考察

The Endowment,Dilemma and Strategy of Labor Education of Student Associations in Colleges and Universities--Based on the Investigation of Structural Functionalism

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,是促进高校学生全面发展的重要途径,直接影响着高校学生的劳动价值导向、劳动精神风貌和劳动技能水平。学生社团作为高校里重要的群众性组织,是高校劳动教育的重要载体平台,在对学生施加劳动教育的影响方面具有重要意义。基于结构功能主义分析范式,从结构出发分析高校学生社团内蕴的劳动育人功能禀赋,在此基础上剖析高校学生社团劳动育人的现实困境。最后运用"AGIL"模型提出改进高校学生社团劳动育人功能的实践方略。

Labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and an important way to promote the all-around development of college students.which directly affects the labor value orientation,labor spirit and labor skill level of college students.As an important mass organization in colleges and universities,student associations are an important carrier platform for labor education in colleges and universities,and are of great significance in exerting influence on students in labor education.Based on the structural functionalism analysis paradigm,starting from the structure of college student associations,it analyzes the functional endowment of labor and education contained in the internal structure of college student associations,and on this basis,analyzes the realistic dilemma of labor education of college student associations.Finally,based on the"AGIL"model,a practical strategy to improve the labor education function of college student associations is proposed.
