摘要
置信专业活动与中医的传统师承殊途同归,都是以胜任力为导向的,是"以学生为中心""质化"的评价方式,也是评价中医药自信教育成效的有效途径.中医药自信教育对提高中医药人才培养质量有重大意义,当前由于高校的缺位导致中医药自信教育及其评价尚未形成体系,而创建符合中医药人才成长规律、"以学生为中心"的、胜任力为导向的多元化质量评价体系迫在眉睫.基于置信专业活动构建中医药自信教育成效评价体系须坚持遵循中医药人才成长规律、发展性和先导性等原则.
Entrustable professional activities(EPAs) and the traditional apprentice-style TCM teaching are similar. Both are competency-oriented, student-centered and quality-based evaluation, and it is also an effective way to evaluate the effectiveness of TCM confidence education. TCM confidence education is of great significance to improve the quality of TCM talents cultivation. At present, due to the lack of roles of universities, TCM confidence education and its evaluation have not yet been systemized. Therefore, it is urgent to construct a student-centered, competency-oriented and multiple-indicator evaluation system in accordance with the law of growth of TCM talents. Based on EPAs, the construction of this system should follow the law of growth of TCM talents and adhere to principles of development and pioneering.
