摘要
目的 了解中医药院校护理本科生临床沟通能力(Clinical Communication Ability,CCA)现状,并分析一般资料、心理弹性、自我效能对沟通能力的影响.方法 采用便利抽样的方法对浙江中医药大学471名护理本科生的临床沟通能力、心理弹性及自我效能感进行测评.结果 护生CCA为75.31±7.02分,各维度得分从高到低依次为敏锐倾听、确认病人问题、建立和谐关系、验证感受、传递有效信息、共同参与;心理弹性、自我效能与CCA总分及各维度正相关(r=0.18~0.96,P<0.05),年级、性格类型、人际培训、心理弹性总分及乐观性与 自我效能共同预测解释沟通能力的49.5%.结论 年级、性格类型、人际培训、心理弹性、乐观性和自我效能可影响护生的CCA.
Objective This research aims to investigate the status of Clinical Communication Ability(CCA) of nursing undergraduates in Traditional Chinese medicine universities, and to analyze the impact of general data, resilience and self-efficacy on communication ability. Methods Convenience sampling was used to evaluate CCA, resilience and self-efficacy of 471 undergraduate nursing students in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. Results The scores of CCA of nursing students were 75.31±7.02 points, and the scores of each dimension were keen listening, confirming patients’ problems, establishing harmonious relationship, verifying feelings, delivering effective information, and participating together. The scores of resilience and self-efficacy were positively correlated with CCA total score and all dimensions of nursing students. Grade, extroversion personality type, interpersonal training, the scores of resilience, optimism and self-efficacy jointly predicted and explained 49.5% of CCA. Conclusion Grade, personality type, interpersonal training experience, resilience, optimism and self-efficacy cSaffect the CCA of nursing students.
