基于某型柴油机的排放物快捷控制方法研究

Research on a fast emission control method based on a certain type of diesel engine

摘要 分析影响机车柴油机排放的主要因素,探究柴油机基础性能对排放物控制的制约因素。以现有某型在用的主力内燃机车柴油机为基础,在不大范围改变结构和基础性能的条件下,通过优化增压器、喷油器和控制系统等方式,分析排放物控制措施和结果,为现有其他机型提供简捷的排放控制方法。 The paper analyzes the main factors affecting the emissions of locomotive diesel engines and explores the restrictive factors of the basic performance of diesel engines on emission control.Based on the diesel engine used in a certain type of the existing main diesel locomotive,the emission control measures and results are analyzed by optimizing the supercharger,fuel injector and control system,etc.,without changing the structure and basic performance drastically,which provides a simple emission control method for other existing models.
