摘要
某海外项目列车出现传导发射超标问题,通过传感器对电压电流波形进行静态、动态测试,找到导致整车超标的干扰源,对辅助逆变器干扰源内部可疑环节进行时域和频域电压、电流测试,准确定位故障区域,最终通过修改逆变器输出控制算法,解决了传导发射超标问题。
Aiming at the conducted emission of an overseas project train out of limit,we statically and dynamically tested the voltage and current waveforms with sensors and found the interference sources that cause the vehicle out of limit.So we measured time domain and frequency domain voltage and current for suspected link inside the interference source of auxiliary inverter to accurately locate the fault area,and finally solved the problem of conducted emission out of limit by modifying the inverter output control algorithm.
