摘要 主要研究了在稳态测试下纺丝液的浓度、温度、剪切速率及改性蒙脱土(OMMT)质量分数对纺丝液表观黏度、非牛顿指数、结构黏度指数的影响,同时研究了在动态测试下纺丝液浓度、剪切频率、OMMT质量分数对纺丝液储能模量和损耗模量的影响。结果表明:该纺丝液属于假塑性流体,存在切力变稀现象;OMMT的添加对纺丝液的表观黏度有显著的影响;当纤维素质量分数为10%、OMMT质量分数为30%时,纺丝液的结构黏度指数较低,可纺性最好;纤维素和OMMT质量分数的增加几乎不会影响纺丝液中高分子链段分布的均匀性。 The effects of spinning solution concentration,temperature,shear rate and the mass fraction of modified montmorillonite(OMMT)on the apparent viscosity,non-Newtonian index and structural viscosity index of spinning solution under steady state test were mainly studied.At the same time,the effects of spinning solution concentration,shear frequency and the mass fraction of OMMT on storage modulus and loss modulus of spinning solution under dynamic test were studied.The results show that the spinning solution belongs to pseudo plastic fluid with thinning shear force.The addition of OMMT has a significant effect on the apparent viscosity of the spinning solution.When the mass fraction of cellulose is 10%and the mass fraction of OMMT is 30%,the structural viscosity index of the spinning solution is lower and the spinnability is the best.The increase of the mass fraction of cellulose and OMMT hardly affected the uniformity of the distribution of polymer segments in the spinning solution.
