摘要
为更好地处理和解决纺丝生产中产生的油剂废水,避免环境污染,采用水解酸化法、A/O法、接触氧化法、气浮法、吸附法及膜处理等方法联合处理涤纶POY、FDY、DTY生产中产生的高COD且难生化油剂废水,对油剂废水COD去除效果进行了追踪验证,结果表明,采用联合工艺,油剂废水COD去除率高,去除效果显著。因此,联合工艺法可在一定程度上解决或缓解纺丝油剂废水带来的环境污染,此方法可为同行提供参考。
In order to better treat and solve the finish wastewater produced in spinning production and avoid environmental pollution, the hydrolysis and acidification method, A/O method, contact oxidation method, air flotation method, adsorption method and membrane treatment are used to jointly treat the finish wastewater produced in the production of polyester POY, FDY and DTY which has the high COD and difficult biochemical problems and the COD removal effect of oil wastewater is tracked and verified. The results show that by using the combined process, the COD removal rate of the finish wastewater is high and the removal effect is remarkable. Therefore, the combined process method can solve or alleviate the environmental pollution caused by the spinning finish wastewater to a certain extent, and this method can be used as a reference for peers.
