摘要
随着信息技术和电子通信的不断发展,各种电子设备引起的电磁污染受到社会广泛关注,电磁屏蔽材料已成为研究热点。近年来,碳基电磁干扰屏蔽材料得到了很大的发展。特别是石墨烯,一种单原子层厚度的二维材料,具有导电性好、质量轻、化学性能稳定、环境友好、易加工、超高比表面积等独特性能,被认为是新型电磁干扰屏蔽材料的候选材料。对近年来石墨烯作为电磁干扰屏蔽材料在纳米复合材料、薄膜、泡沫和气凝胶中的应用进行了综述。结合研究现状,对石墨烯基电磁屏蔽材料面临的挑战和未来的发展进行了探讨和展望。
With the continuous development of information technology and electronic communications, electromagnetic pollution caused by various electronic devices is widely concerned by society, and thus the electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding materials have recently become a research hotspot. In recent years,carbon-based EMI shielding materials have been greatly developed. In particular, graphene, a two-dimensional material with a thickness of one atom, has unique properties such as good electrical conductivity,light weight, stable chemical properties, environmental friendliness, easy processing, and ultrahigh specific surface area, and is considered as a candidate material for new EMI shielding materials. The uses of graphene as EMI shielding materials in nano-composites, films, foams and aerogels are summarized. Combining with the research status, the challenges and future development of graphene based EMI shielding materials are discussed and prospected.
