摘要
加拿大家庭医学教育目前已形成较完善的规范化教育和培养体系,强化技能训练是加拿大家庭医生规范化培训体系中作为通科培训后继续教育的一部分,家庭医生完成两年的通科培训后,可申请就重点关注的特殊领域进行额外专科培训,至少为期一年。通过强化技能训练的家庭医生在获得资质认证后可拥有重点执业领域执业资格,更好地完成家庭医生工作,同时保持专业的业务能力。目前,我国家庭医生专科培训尚未形成规范的培训体系,基层家庭医生与医院专科医生直接有效对接的机制尚未完善。介绍加拿大家庭医学强化技能培训方向、培训对象、考核方式及职业发展等内容,结合目前我国家庭医生培养模式和全专结合培养的现状,以期为家庭医生持续培养和发展提供参考和借鉴,增强家庭医生的专业服务能力,提高患者在基层就医满意度,促进分级诊疗制度的进一步实行。
Canadian family medicine education has formed a relatively complete family doctor standardized education and training system.Enhanced skills training is a relatively special part of its training system.It is an additional year at least of family medicine residency training available by application for additional training in specialized areas of focus interest.Family physicians who have passed the enhanced skills training can focus on the practice domain after obtaining qualification certification,and more adaptive to engage in family medicine work with maintenance of competence.The current development of the family physicians specialty in China has not yet formed a standardized training system,and the mechanism for direct and effective docking between family physicians in communities and specialists in hospitals has not been perfected.It introduces Canadian family medicine enhanced skills training content,objects,assessment,and career prospects.It compares with the current training mode of family doctors in China and the status of combination of general practice and specialty training,in order to provide reference for the continuous training and development of family doctors.It can strengthen the professional service level of family doctors,and increase the satisfaction of patients in communities,promote the further implementation of the hierarchical medical system.
