精神障碍患者危险行为影响因素分析

Analysis High-risk Behaviors of Patients with Severe Mental Disorder

目的:通过分析可能影响精神障碍患者危险行为的因素,为防控社区精神障碍患者所致的危险性事件发生提供科学依据。方法:收集上海市某区2020年5月31日前管理的精神障碍患者信息,采用描述性流行病学以及多因素分析方法进行分析。结果:共有精神障碍患者6687例,纳入调查6144例。发生高危险行为308例,高危险行为发生率为5.0%。研究结果显示,精神障碍患者高危险行为受职业、文化程度、婚姻状态、管理类型、诊断、住院次数等多种因素影响。结论:应对户籍地管理、退休状态、离婚的精神障碍患者给予重点关注。社区应对于多次入院或者诊断为偏执性精神障碍的患者给予重点关注。

OBJECTIVE By analyze the influencing factors of high-risk behaviors in severe mental disorders in a District in Shanghai for providing reference advice to prevent and control of dangerous events caused by patients with severe mental disorders.METHODS The field records and statistical reports data of severe mental disorders before May 31 th,2020 in a District were collected for a descriptive epidemiological and multivariate analysis.RESULTS 6687 patients with mental disorders,6144 were included in the survey.There were 308 high risk behaviors,and the incidence of high risk behavior was 5.0%.The high-risk behaviors of parents in severe mental disorders were multi-affected by occupation,education,marital status,whether the residence was managed,diagnosis,number of hospitalizations.CONCLUSION The severe mental disorders with household registration management,retirement,multiple hospitalizations divorced,unmarried or be diagnosed with paranoid mental disorder should been paid closely attention in community.
