长三角部分地区成年人新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗接种意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Vaccine Willingness and Influencing Factors in Adult in The Yangtze River Delta Region

目的:了解长三角地区成年人新型冠状病毒疫苗接种意愿及其影响因素,为制定接种策略提供科学依据。方法:采用网络平台便利抽样对安徽省芜湖市、浙江省杭州市以及上海市金山区部分成年人进行接种意愿及认知情况调查,采用多因素logistic回归模型分析接种意愿的相关因素。结果:共调查2859人。疫苗接种的总体意愿为81.46%,总体高认知率为37.67%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,本科以下、担心自己感染新冠肺炎、预测新冠肺炎疫苗的上市时间<12个月、觉得疫苗技术成熟、认为应强制所有人接种、疫苗收费、同等价位选择国产疫苗、疫苗认知促进维度高认知、认知障碍维度高认知及疫苗总体维度高认知的人群更愿意接种新冠肺炎疫苗。结论:长三角地区成年人对新冠肺炎疫苗接种意愿较高,与学历、预测疫苗上市时间、疫苗技术安全成熟、疫苗选择及认知程度等有关。应根据疫情防控的实际情况,及时优化国家和地方疫苗接种策略,按照从重点人群到普通人群,分批有序地开展疫苗接种工作。

OBJECTIVE To understand the willingness and influencing factors of Novel Coronavirus vaccine inoculation among adults in Yangtze River Delta area,and to provide scientific basis for making inoculation strategy.METHODS Adults in Wuhu,Anhui Province,Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province and Jinshan,Shanghai were surveyed on vaccination willingness and cognition by convenience sampling on network platform,and multi-factor logistics regression model was used to analyze the related factors of vaccination willingness.RESULTS 2859 people were surveyed.The overall willingness of adult residents in the Yangtze River Delta was 81.46%,and the overall high awareness rate was 37.67%.Multi variate Logistic regression showed that the following factors were:undergraduate,fear of COVID-19,forecast COVID-19 vaccine launch time which was less than 12 months,feeling mature vaccine technology,mandatory vaccination,vaccine fees,equivalent price,high cognitive promotion,cognitive impairment and overall awareness were more willing to receive COVID-19 vaccine.CONCLUSION Adults in Yangtze River Delta area had a higher willingness to accept Covid-19 vaccine.It was related to education background,prediction of vaccine time to market,safety and maturity of vaccine technology,vaccine selection and awareness.According to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control,national and local vaccination strategies should be optimized in time,and vaccination should be carried out in batches from key groups to the general population in an orderly manner.
