苏州市中小学女生超重肥胖与月经初潮年龄提前的相关性研究

Correlation between Overweight and Obesity and Earlier Age of Menarche among Schoolgirls in Suzhou

目的:分析苏州市中小学女生超重肥胖与月经初潮年龄提前的相关性,为预防中小学女生月经初潮年龄提前提供依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取苏州市2个行政区内12所学校的1472名中小学女生为调查对象,收集调查对象的相关资料,评估其营养状况。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析中小学女生超重、肥胖与月经初潮年龄提前的相关性。结果:中小学女生月经来潮检出率为65.97%,月经初潮年龄提前检出率为16.99%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,调整混杂因素前后的模型1和模型2均显示超重肥胖与月经初潮年龄提前呈正相关(OR值分别为1.988和1.704,P值均<0.05)。结论:苏州市中小学女生月经初潮年龄提前检出率为16.99%,超重肥胖与月经初潮年龄提前呈正相关。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between overweight and obesity and the early age of menarche of schoolgirls in Suzhou,and to provide the basis for preventing the early age of menarche of schoolgirls in primary and middle schools.METHODS The stratified cluster random method was used to select 1472 female students from 12 schools in 2 administrative districts of Suzhou as the survey subjects.The data of school district and menstrual age of the survey subjects were collected.Physical examination was used to collect students’height and weight,and nutritional status was evaluated.Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between overweight and obesity in girls and the early age of menarche.RESULTS The detection rate of menstruation was 65.97%,and the detection rate of menarche age was 16.99%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of early menarche was higher in the overweight and obesity group than in the normal BMI group(Model 1:OR=1.988,Model 2:OR=1.704).CONCLUSION The early detection rate of menarche age of female students in Suzhou was 16.99%,and there was a positive correlation between overweight and obesity and early menarche age.
