2019年甘肃省非户籍与户籍居民中医药健康文化素养调查研究

Investigation on TCM Health Literacy of Non-household and Household Registered Residents in Gansu Province in 2019

目的:比较甘肃省非户籍与户籍居民中医药健康文化素养的差异性,为制定健康教育政策、提高重点人群的中医药健康文化素养水平提供科学依据。方法:采用城乡分层、多阶段随机抽样的方法对甘肃省1847名户籍居民和122名非户籍居民进行问卷调查,利用χ^(2)检验、多因素logistic回归分析,比较两者中医药健康文化素养水平及影响因素。结果:甘肃省非户籍和户籍居民中医药健康文化素养具备率分别为19.7%和15.5%。从中医药基本理念、中医药公众适宜方法、中医药健康生活方式、中医药文化常识和中医药信息理解能力5个维度看,户籍居民5个维度健康素养具备率分别为26.3%、2.8%、29.3%、23.3%和36.4%;非户籍居民分别为30.5%、3.2%、34.7%、34.0%和48.4%。多因素logistic回归分析结果表明,低文化程度是非户籍和户籍居民中医药健康文化素养共同的危险因素。结论:应重点加强低文化程度居民的健康教育工作;非户籍居民部分维度健康素养高于户籍居民,可充分发挥其“传帮带”作用。

OBJECTIVE To compare the differences of TCM health literacy between non-household and household registered residents in Gansu province,and to provide a decision-making basis for formulating health education policies and improving the level of TCM health literacy among key groups.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1847 household registered residents and 122 non-household registered residents in Gansu province by stratified and multistage random sampling method.Chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to compare the TCM culture health literacy levels and influencing factors between the two groups.RESUITS TCM health literacy of non-household and household registered residents was 19.7%and 15.5%,respectively.In terms of the five dimensions of TCM health literacy level,namely,the basic concept of TCM,the public appropriate method of TCM,the healthy lifestyle of TCM,the general knowledge of TCM,and the ability to understand TCM information,the registered residents was 26.3%,2.8%,29.3%,23.3%and 36.4%,respectively.Non-household registered residents was 30.5%,3.2%,34.7%,34.0%and48.4%,respectively.Multivariate Logistic regression showed that low education level was a common risk factor for non-household and household registered residents.CONCLUSION Health education for low education level residents should be strengthened.TCM health literacy of non-household were higher than that of household residents.It could play a leading role of non-household residents.
