Determination of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in EDIBLE Vegetable Oil by GPC-GC-MS/MS

摘要 该试验建立了食用植物油中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT和TBHQ的凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化-气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经凝胶渗透色谱净化,用气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱分析测定。结果显示:在5~100 mg/L的质量浓度范围内各组分具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R在0.999 1以上;BHA、BHT和TBHQ的方法检出限分别为0.1,0.1,0.4 mg/kg;在1.0,5.0,50 mg/kg 3个加标水平下的平均回收率为81.6%~99.2%,相对标准偏差S_(RSD)为2.6%~4.6%(n=5)。该方法操作简单、灵敏、准确,可用于植物油中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT和TBHQ检测,还可为其他产品的抗氧化剂检测提供技术参考。 An analytical method for the determination of antioxidants BHA,BHT and TBHQ in edible vegetable oil by gel penetration chromatography(GPC) purification and Gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GCMS/MS) was developed.The samples were purified by GPC and analyzed by GC-MS/MS.In the concentration range of 5-100 mg/L,the linear relationship of each component was good,and the correlation coefficient R was above 0.999 1.The detection limits of BHA,BHT and TBHQ were 0.1,0.1 and 0.4 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries were 81.6%-99.2% with relative standard deviations S_(RSD) of 2.6%-4.6%(n=5) at the concentration of 1.0,5.0 and 50 mg/kg.The results showed that the method was simple,sensitive and accurate,could be used for the determination of antioxidant BHA,BHT and TBHQ in vegetable oil,and could also provide a technical reference for the determination of antioxidant in other products.
