摘要
建立液相色谱-质谱法对市售不同段龄的婴幼儿配方乳粉中高氯酸盐和氯酸盐进行测定。结果表明:408份样品中,高氯酸盐检出率为59.56%,最大检测值为437μg/kg,平均检测值为30.70μg/kg;氯酸盐检出率为84.56%,最大检测值为4 870μg/kg,平均检测值为148.54μg/kg。三类产品中氯酸盐含量与高氯酸盐含量均显著正相关。参考欧盟规定的婴儿配方食品高氯酸盐最大残留限量0.01 mg/kg (直接食用产品),9.80%样品存在潜在污染,建议进行基于更大量更广泛来源的样品风险评估研究,制定相应国家标准。
The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was established to detect the contamination of perchlorate and chlorate in the infant formula.The results showed that in 408 samples,the detection rate of perchlorate was 59.56%;The maximum detection value was 437 μg/kg;The average detection value was 30.70 μg/kg;The detection rate of chlorate was 84.56%;The maximum detection value was 4 870 μg/kg;The average detection value was 148.54 μg/kg.Chlorate content and perchlorate content in three kinds of products were significantly positively correlated.According to the EU maximum residue limit of perchlorate in infant formula 0.01 mg/kg(direct food products),9.80% of the samples were potentially contaminated.The risk assessment study based on a larger number of samples from a wider range of sources should be carried out,and the corresponding national standards should be formulated.
