摘要 金属表面清洗方式主要有浸泡清洗、喷淋清洗和超声波清洗等。在喷淋清洗方式中,对清洗剂的泡沫和除油率尤为关注。本文研究了两种低泡非离子表面活性剂LF900和LF901的泡沫性能和润湿渗透性能等基本性能,并重点研究了以除油率为指征的应用性能。通过两组三因素、三水平正交试验,得出清洗温度和助剂浓度为金属喷淋清洗效果的显著影响因子以及氢氧化钠的浓度对除油率有显著影响的关键结论,并对清洗过程中的泡沫高度进行了动态评估。提出在实际应用中,洗涤温度的选择应该以保证洗液呈均匀分散体系为前提,并选用偏硅酸钠作为碱性洗涤助剂,可实现保证除油率和提高清洗效率的目标。 Soaking cleaning,spray cleaning,and ultrasonic cleaning are the most common metal surface cleaning methods.The foam and oil removal rate of detergent are particularly important in the spray cleaning method.In this paper,the foam performance and wetting permeability of two low foam nonionic surfactants,LF900 and LF901,were investigated,with an emphasis on the application performance of oil removal rate.The key conclusions are drawn from two groups of three-factor and three-level orthogonal tests that cleaning temperature and additive concentration are significant factors affecting the cleaning effect of metal spray cleaning,and the concentration of sodium hydroxide has a significant effect on the oil removal rate,and the foam height in the cleaning process is dynamically evaluated.In practice,it is recommended that the washing temperature be chosen to ensure that the washing solution is uniformly dispersed,and that sodium metasilicate be used as an alkalic washing assistant to ensure the oil removal rate and improve cleaning efficiency.
