天麻钩藤饮合温胆汤对缺血性中风恢复期风火痰阻证的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with Wendan Decoction on the Syndrome of Wind-fire Phlegm Obstruction in the Convalesced Period of Ischemic Stroke

目的:探究天麻钩藤饮合温胆汤对缺血性中风恢复期风火痰阻证的效果。方法:选择2018年2月至2021年2月鹰潭市余江区中医院收治的缺血性中风恢复期风火痰阻证患者96例,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,在此基础上,研究组采用天麻钩藤饮合温胆汤治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活能力(ADL)。结果:与对照组相比,研究组总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均降低,且研究组评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ADL评分均提高,且研究组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮合温胆汤可改善缺血性中风恢复期风火痰阻证患者神经功能,改善日常生活能力,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of tianma gouteng decoction and wendan decoction on the syndrome of wind-fire phlegm obstruction in the convalesent period of ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 96 patients with wind-fire phlegm obstruction syndrome during the recovery period of ischemic stroke admitted to Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yujiang District from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with tianma gouteng decoction and wendan decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.Clinical efficacy,neurological function and daily living ability(ADL)were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after one month of treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of both groups were decreased,and the score of the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ADL score of both groups was improved,and the score of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma gouteng decoction combined with wendan decoction can improve nerve function,daily living ability and therapeutic effect of patients with wind-fire phlegm obstruction syndrome during the convalescence of ischemic stroke.
