摘要 近10年,国际石油公司根据内外部环境变化不断进行战略调整。选取埃克森美孚、壳牌、bp、道达尔和雪佛龙五大国际大石油公司,以近10年经营业绩和关键指标数据的变化趋势为切入点,挖掘数据变化背后的潜在原因和影响因素,深入研判国际大石油公司战略变化趋势和重点举措。总体看,国际大石油公司由战略扩张转向战略收缩,投资策略趋于谨慎。上游业务逐渐归核化,下游业务不断进行结构调整,减油增化,发展终端,为中国石油企业战略优化调整和未来发展路径提供了借鉴。 In the past ten years, international oil companies have continuously adjusted their enterprise strategies according to internal and external environment changes. The article selects Exxon Mobil, Shell, bp, Total and Chevron, and uses ten-year operating performance and key indicator data, finding the potential reasons and influencing factors on the basis of trend changes of the data. In general, the international oil companies’ strategies have shifted from expansion to contraction and investment philosophy tends to be cautious. The upstream business is gradually refocused, and the downstream business is constantly restructuring, as well as accelerate the expansion of retail business, which could provide the strategic optimization and adjustment of chinese oil companies and their future growth roadmap for reference.
