零部件设计中公差原则课程教育研究

Research on Tolerance Principle Course Education in Component Design

在零部件设计中,能够合理利用公差原则的方法,可大幅提升零件的互换性,也有助于零件的标准化。相反,如果不具备合理利用公差原则的意识及能力,不仅有违课程教学目标,所实际生产的零件也无法满足使用性能要求,同时也会由此造成不必要的浪费。对此,本文在分析基础概念后,着重提出零部件设计中公差原则课程教育中几个需要特别注意的地方。

In the design of parts,the reasonable use of tolerance principle can greatly improve the interchangeability of parts and contribute to the standardization of parts.On the contrary,if we do not have the awareness and ability to make rational use of the tolerance principle,it will not only violate the teaching objectives of the course,but also the actually produced parts cannot meet the performance requirements,which will also cause unnecessary waste.Therefore,after analyzing the basic concepts,this paper focuses on several places that need special attention in the course education of tolerance principle in component design.
