在汽车新四化的发展趋势下,我国汽车产业进入了转型升级的新阶段,人才供给出现偏差,作为汽车人才供给侧的高职院校必须紧跟大势,积极开展智能网联汽车专业技能人才的培养,从专业开设一校一策、人才培养深度对接企业需求、借力"1+X"搭建课程体系、多项举措提升师资力量、创新教学模式等为职业院校培养智能网联专业人才提供重要的参考价值。

Under the development trend of the new four modernizations of automobile,China’s automobile industry has entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading,and there is a deviation in talent supply.As the supply side of automobile talents,higher vocational colleges must keep up with the general trend,actively carry out the training of professional and skilled talents of intelligent networked automobile,and connect the needs of enterprises from the perspective of setting up one school and one policy and talent training.Taking advantage of "1 + X" to build the curriculum system,vocational colleges should take a number of measures to improve the strength of teachers and innovate the teaching mode,so as to provide important reference value for vocational colleges to cultivate intelligent network professionals.
