锂离子电池热失控仿真研究

摘要 本文以60Ah的NCM811软包锂离子电池为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法研究了加热条件下锂离子电池的热失控行为。基于锂离子电池热失控的副反应机理以及热传导理论,建立单体电池绝热热失控模型,模型误差小于2%。设计相关试验测试单体电池热失控过程中的产气特性,以单体电池绝热热失控模型为基础,建立外部加热条件下的热失控模型,模型误差小于5%,且模型模拟了锂离子电池热失控过程中的烟气喷射行为。本文所建立的模型为后续研究人员研究电池热失控过程中的烟气扩散行为奠定的基础。 The paper took the 60Ah ternary lithium-ion battery which was based on LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 as object,and the numerical model was adopted to research the thermal runaway behavior of lithium-ion battery under heating.Based on the side reaction mechanism of thermal runaway and heat conduction theory,the adiabatic thermal runaway model of the cell was established,and the error of model was less than 2%.Relevant experiment was designed to test the gas production characteristics in the thermal runaway process of the cell.Based on the adiabatic thermal runaway model of the cell,the thermal runaway model under external heating conditions was established,and the error of the model was less than 5%.The model could simulate the flue gas injection behavior in the thermal runaway process of lithium-ion battery.The model established in this paper could be a foundation for subsequent researchers to study the flue gas diffusion behavior in the process of battery thermal runaway.
