The structural characteristics and forming process of large body panel die are summarized.Aiming at the defects of traditional process,a cooling mechanism for high-speed deep punching forming die is developed,and the structural design of the cooling mechanism is introduced.The practice shows that the die structure is reasonable and the quality of high-speed deep punching meets the design requirements.
