基于某多桥重卡的应急系统方案设计与分析

摘要 根据客户提供的多桥重卡使用经验和企业技术研发需求,本设计提出用大流量蝶阀转向器、应急泵、应急阀以及控制系统组成应急安全方案,能够应对特定路况、突发设备故障等故障风险,从而达到保障重型设备能够平稳、可控、安全等指标。本方案设计已经运用于国内军用多桥重卡项目,整体运转效果非常优秀,同时针对部件设计中容易出现失效部位进行应力分析,为部件工艺提供技改思路、合理结构以及适用参数,从而保证零部件和系统的稳定性、可靠性。 According to the use experience of multi bridge heavy truck provided by customers and the technical R & D needs of enterprises,this design proposes to use large flow butterfly valve steering gear,emergency pump,emergency valve and control system to form an emergency safety scheme,which can deal with the failure risks such as specific road conditions and sudden equipment failure,so as to ensure the stability,controllability and safety of heavy equipment.The scheme design has been applied to the domestic military multi bridge heavy truck project,and the overall operation effect is very excellent.At the same time,the stress analysis is carried out for the parts prone to failure in the component design,so as to provide technical transformation ideas,reasonable structure and applicable parameters for the component process,so as to ensure the stability and reliability of parts and systems.
