摘要
本文为解决发动机怠速D、R档整车抖动的问题,通过有限元法模拟仿真悬置系统及副车架。通过优化前后悬置系统和副车架结构,有效的降低了发动机怠速的抖动问题。同时路噪变化都在理想范围内,使整车性能得到了明显提升。
In order to solve the problem of vehicle jitter in D and R gears at engine idle speed,the suspension system and subframe are simulated by finite element method.By optimizing the front and rear suspension system and subframe structure,the problem of engine idle jitter is effectively reduced.At the same time,the road noise changes are within the ideal range,which significantly improves the performance of the whole vehicle.
