后窗雨刮电机噪声分析及抑制措施

摘要 汽车后窗雨刮电机的噪声可主要分为电磁噪声和机械噪声两大部分,本文对后窗雨刮电机电磁噪声和机械噪声的来源和产生机理进行分析研究,在已有成熟后窗雨刮电机平台基础上,采取一系列可行性措施。其中,较为有效的创新性措施概括如下:通过调整磁钢结构优化表磁曲线分布,来抑制电枢反应产生的电磁噪声;通过理论分析并结合试验手段,优化碳刷宽度尺寸,实现对电刷噪声的抑制。而针对后窗雨刮电机承受交变负载,容易产生冲击噪声的问题,则重点介绍了以下措施:设计了缓冲装置来抑制电枢轴的冲击噪声;设计了推力轴承来抑制输出轴的冲击噪声。 The noise of automotive rear wiper motor can be divided into electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise.This article analyzes and studies the source and generation mechanism of electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise of rear window wiper motor.Based on the motor platform,a series of feasible measures have been taken.Among them,the more effective innovative actions as below is summarized.In order to suppress the electromagnetic noise produced by the armature reaction.To adjust magnetic steel structure for optimize magnetic curve distribution,through theoretical analysis and combined with experimental,the study optimizes the width and size of carbon brush for realizing the suppression of brush noise.The problem is that the rear wiper motor is easy to produce impact noise under alternating load.The following action will be highlighted to design a buffer device for suppressing the impact noise on armature and thrust bearing for suppressing the impact noise on output shaft.
