社会保障专业知识体系的现实问题与完善思考——基于若干本社会保障概论类教材的分析

The Practical Problems and Perfect Thinking About Professional Knowledge System of the Major of Social Security--Based on the Analysis of Several Social Security General Textbooks

社会保障专业知识体系是确定社会保障专业学科定位基本学理的基础,社会保障概论性教材则是阐释社会保障专业知识体系的重要载体。目前,相关教材关于“社会保障”的内涵存在歧义,直接影响社会保障专业知识体系。现有教材对该体系逻辑性把握不够是社会保障专业知识体系的重要缺陷,社会保障学科建设与学术研究的双重缺陷加剧了社会保障专业知识体系的不足。完善社会保障专业知识体系,必须明确社会保障学科属性和培养目标,遵循社会保障一般规律与基本学理,突出该专业知识体系的特色与内涵,强化该专业自身的知识体系及其内在逻辑,强化基本学理研究,并及时将研究成果转化为丰富、更新和完善社会保障专业知识体系的资源。

The social security professional knowledge system is the basic theoretical basis for determining the positioning of social security professional disciplines,and the general textbook of social security is an important carrier for interpreting the professional knowledge system of social security.At present,the ambiguity in the connotation of"social security"in relevant textbooks directly affects the professional knowledge system,the insufficient grasp of the logic of the existing textbook on the professional knowledge system is the important defect of the professional knowledge system,and the dual defects of social security discipline construction and academic research aggravate the deficiency of the professional knowledge system of social security.To improve the professional knowledge system of social security,it is necessary to clarify the attributes and training objectives of social security disciplines,follow the general laws and basic theories of social security,highlight the characteristics and connotations of the professional knowledge system,strengthen the knowledge system of the major and internal logic,strengthen the basic theoretical research,and timely transform the research results into resources which enrich,update and improve the professional knowledge system of social security.
