摘要
目的:了解安徽省某三级医院医护人文关怀能力现状,为下一步医院人文关怀制度建设及人文关怀能力提升提供实际依据。方法:以安徽省某三级医院医护人员作为调查对象,采用方便抽样,共收回有效问卷410份,有效率为95.79%。结果:结果显示该三级医院医护群体人文关怀能力总分为(165.997±18.804)分,得分在不同职业、性别、年龄、职称、学历和工作年限上的差异均有统计学意义。结论:护士人文关怀能力得分高于医生,女性高于男性,41岁以上者高于20~40岁者,副高职称能力得分最高,学历、工作年限与能力得分成正比,为此我们的医学人文关怀提升需要与人文教育融会贯通,针对不同阶段及不同社会属性特征的医护制定符合实际需求的人文关怀培训,从而提高整体人文关怀能力。
Objective:To understand the current situation of humanistic care ability of medical care group in a tertiary hospital in Anhui Province,and to provide practical basis for the next step of hospital humanistic care system construction.Methods:a total of 410 valid questionnaires were collected from medical staff of a tertiary hospital in Anhui Province by convenient sampling,with an effective rate of 95.79%.Epidata3.1 and SPSS 19.0 were used to analyze the data.Results:the total score of humanistic care ability was (165.997±18.804),and the differences were statistically significant in different occupations,genders,ages,professional titles,educational backgrounds and working years.Conclusion:the score of humanistic care ability of nurses is higher than that of doctors,that of women is higher than that of men,and those over 41 years old were higher than those aged 20 ~ 40 years old.The score of deputy senior ability is the highest,and the education background and working years are directly proportional to the score of ability.Therefore,our medical humanistic care,both for doctors and nurses,needs to be integrated with humanistic education,so as to formulate humanistic care strategies in line with the actual needs of doctors and male medical staff In order to improve the ability of humanistic care.
