经尿道等离子电切术与经尿道电切术的效果比较

Comparison between transurethral plasma resection and transurethral resection

目的:比较前列腺增生(BPH)采取经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗的效果。方法:抽取医院70例住院患者,均确诊为BPH,以随机双盲法分方式分组对照,设置两组(各35例)。分析组患者采取PKRP治疗,对比组患者采取TURP治疗。比较组间最大尿流率(Qmax)、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)变化、手术指标、并发症率及生活质量(QOL)。结果:相较于对比组数据,分析组患者术后3个月Qmax、IPSS评分等指标结论更优(P<0.05)。相较于对比组数据,分析组患者出血量、尿管留置、膀胱冲洗及手术等时间指标结论更优(P<0.05)。相较于对比组数据,分析组患者总并发症发生率指标结论更优(P<0.05)。相较于对比组数据,分析组患者QOL量表各指标评分结果更优(P<0.05)。结论:与TURP相比,BPH采取PKRP治疗的效果更为确切,即可减少出血量,降低并发症率,还可改善患者病情及生活质量,可做进一步研究推广。

Objective:To compare the effects of transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)and transurethral plasma resection of the prostate(PKRP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:70 hospitalized patients were selected,all of whom were diagnosed as BPH.They were randomly divided into two groups(35 cases in each group).The analysis group was treated with PKRP and the control group was treated with TURP.The changes of maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),prostate symptom score(IPSS),surgical indexes,complication rate and quality of life(QOL)were compared.Results:compared with the data of the control group,the conclusion of Qmax and IPSS score in the study group at 3 months after operation was better(P<0.05).Compared with the data of the control group,the time indexes such as bleeding volume,urinary catheter indwelling,bladder flushing and operation in the analysis group were better(P<0.05).Compared with the data of the control group,the conclusion of the index of total complication rate in the study group was better(P<0.05).Compared with the data of the control group,the conclusion of each index score of QOL scale in the study group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with TURP,PKRP is more effective in the treatment of BPH,which can reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the rate of complications,improve the condition and quality of life of patients,and can be further studied and popularized.
