摘要
目的:探讨在肺癌患者围术期中应用健康宣教方法的效果及价值。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月确诊为肺癌的68例患者为研究对象,按照随机序贯分组方法将全部病例分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组患者实施常规性护理干预方法,观察组患者实施健康宣教方法。评估对比两组的疾病获益感评分、癌因性疲乏评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的疾病获益感评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的癌因性疲乏评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在肺癌患者围术期应用健康宣教方法,可提升患者的疾病获益感,改善癌因性疲乏,具有较高的护理满意度。
Objective:To study the effect and value of applying health education methods in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,68 cases diagnosed with lung cancer were selected as the research objects.According to the random sequential grouping method,all cases were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group,The control group cases implement routine nursing intervention methods,and the observation group cases implement health education methods.Evaluation and comparison of the disease benefit score,cancer-related fatigue score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The disease benefit scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was compared with that of the control group No difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying health education methods in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients can improve the patient’s sense of benefit from the disease,improve cancer-related fatigue,and have a higher nursing satisfaction.
