探讨快速康复护理对骨折术后患者康复的影响

To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients after fracture operation

目的:探讨快速康复护理对骨折术后患者康复的影响。方法:采用数字单双数法将医院收治的78例骨折患者分为对照组和研究组,每组39例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施快速康复护理,对两组患者疗效予以分析。结果:研究组患者住院时间、疼痛和满意度评分均优于对照组,且术后并发症发生率也低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨折患者采取快速康复护理,可有效缓解疼痛,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,减轻经济负担,提高满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients after fracture operation.Methods:78 cases of fracture treated in our hospital from January to November 2019 were divided into control group and study group with 39 patients in each group.Routine nursing in the control group and quick rehabilitation nursing in the study group were analyzed.Results:the hospitalization time,pain and satisfaction scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the postoperative complication rate was also less than that of the control group,quality of life was higher than in the control group,the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:rapid rehabilitation nursing for fracture patients can effectively relieve pain,reduce complications,shorten hospitalization time,reduce economic burden and improve satisfaction.
