293株大肠埃希菌临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解该院大肠埃希菌的临床分布情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对某医院住院患者中分离出的293株大肠埃希菌的ESBLs检出情况以及对15种抗菌药物的耐药率进行回顾性统计分析。结果:293株大肠埃希菌主要分离自尿液、血液、脓性分泌物;产ESBLs菌株检出率为47.78%;产ESBLs菌株对头孢曲松、头孢呋辛钠、头孢呋辛酯的耐药率为100%,对头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑的耐药率分别为52.1%、44.3%、56.4%、65.7%,未发现对碳青酶烯类耐药的菌株。结论:加强大肠埃希菌及ESBLs的实验室监测,有助于提高大肠埃希菌感染的治疗有效率,降低多重耐药菌的产生。 Objective:To understand the clinical distribution of Escherichia coli in the hospital and provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods:The detection status of ESBLs of 293 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from inpatients in this hospital and the resistance rate of 15 kinds of antibacterial drugs were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The 293 strains of Escherichia coli were mainly isolated from urine,blood and purulent secretions.The detection rate of ESBLs producing strain was 47.78%.The resistance rates of ESBLs producing strains to ceftriaxone,cefuroxime sodium and cefuroxime ester were 100%,and the resistance rates to ceftazidime,cefepime,levofloxacin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole were 52.1%,44.3%,56.4%and 65.7%,respectively.No strains resistant to carbapenes were found.Conclusions:Strengthening laboratory monitoring of Escherichia coli and ESBLs is helpful to improve the treatment efficiency of Escherichia coli infection and reduce the generation of multi-drug resistant bacteria.
