“对分课堂”结合“博弈式”角色扮演在妇产科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的:在妇产科临床教学过程中引入“对分课堂”结合“博弈式”角色扮演的教学方式,探讨其教学效果。方法:分别按照“对分课堂”结合“博弈式”角色扮演和传统教育方法进行实习带教,通过理论测试、临床测评和满意度反馈评价教学效果。结果:采用“对分课堂”结合“博弈式”角色扮演进行妇产科临床教学,能提高学生的临床综合素质和满意度。结论:采用“对分课堂”结合“博弈式”角色扮演进行妇产科临床教学,效果优于传统带教模式。 Objective:The teaching method of PDA combined with competitive role-play was applied and evaluated in the course of obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching.Methods:Practice teaching was conducted according to"divided class"combined with"competitive"role-playing and traditional education methods,and the teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical test,clinical evaluation and satisfaction feedback.Results:The combination of"divided class"and"competitive"role-playing in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching can improve students’clinical comprehensive quality and students’satisfaction.Conclusion:The combination of"divided class"and"competitive"role-playing is better than traditional methods in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching.
