风力发电机组远程状态监测系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着风电相关技术不断提高,装机容量的持续增加,我国风电产业高速发展。在风电领域迅猛发展的同时,风电机组的故障概率也持续上升。为确保风力发电机组运行状态的稳定,减少风力发电机组的故障,采用应力、加速度、温度和霍尔等多种传感器,对风力发电机组的运行状态进行数据采集,将测得叶片损伤、齿轮箱振动、润滑油温度、发电机转速等数据送入单片机MSP430F149进行数据显示、参数设置和数据存储;最后,通过ZigBee技术将数据传至远程上位机,上位机采用LabVIEW设计风力机组状态监测界面,方便工作人员及时发现设备故障。 In recent years, with continuous improvement of wind power related technologies and continuous increase of installed capacity, Chinese wind power industry has developed rapidly. With the rapid development of wind power, the failure probability of wind turbines has rise. In order to ensure the stability of the wind turbine operating state and reduce the failure of wind turbine, this design adopts various sensors such as stress sensors, acceleration sensors, temperature sensors and Hall sensors to collect data on the operating state of wind turbine, and measures the blade damage, gearbox vibration, lubricating oil temperature, generator speed and other data are sent to the MSP430 F149 for data display, parameter setting and data storage;finally,the data is transmitted to computer through ZigBee technology, and the computer uses LabVIEW to design the condition monitoring interface of wind turbine. The interface is convenient for the staff to discover equipment failures in time.
