基于边缘检测的加香喷嘴雾化效果可视化系统

摘要 该文提出了一种边缘检测技术,与传统方法相比,该技术能够屏蔽加香雾化性能检测时喷雾场景剧烈干扰、主观标准不统一导致的测量误差大以及无法具体分析雾滴运动等缺陷。该文将传统方法和深度学习方法两种检测方法的性能进行对比。试验结果表明:该文提出的算法可以按照标准检测雾滴覆盖度,分析雾滴的沉积均匀性。该文介绍了边缘检测技术在加香喷雾雾化效果评价方面的应用,提出了加香喷雾雾化效果可视化系统的软硬件设计方案,为实现加香喷雾雾化效果可视化奠定了基础。
