摘要 蚕茧产地溯源是丝绸原产地溯源的基础。本研究为了探究蚕茧产地溯源最适方法,以不同产地的蚕茧为研究对象,利用不同产区蚕茧的^(13)C、^(15)N、^(18)O和^(2)H同位素组成,通过单因素方差分析、多重比较分析、Fisher线性判别分析留一法交叉验证,最后建立蚕茧产地溯源模型。单因素方差分析结果表明,不同产地蚕茧的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、δ^(18)O和δ^(2)H均存在差异,大部分达到显著水平;多种指标耦合效果优于单一同位素指标,且判别分析结果表明,随着耦合指标的增加,产地初始判别率和交叉判别率逐渐提高;利用δ^(13)C、δ^(18)O、δ^(15)N和δ^(2)H 4个指标建立的溯源模型的初始判别率为84.5%,交叉判别率为77.6%。本研究结果为蚕茧产地鉴别提供了一定的理论依据,为后续丝绸原产地溯源提供了溯源基础。 The origin traceability of silkworm cocoons is the basis for the origin traceability of silk.In order to investigate the origin traceability method of silkworm cocoon,this study took cocoons from different origins as the research object to establish the origin traceability model of silkworm cocoons using their isotopic composition of^(13)C,^(15)N,^(18)O and^(2)H through single-factor analysis of variance,multiple comparative analysis,and fisher linearity.The results of single-factor analysis of variance showed that theδ^(13)C,δ^(15)N,δ^(18)O,andδ^(2)H of cocoons from different origins were different,most of which reached a significant level.The coupling effect of multiple indicators was better than that of single isotope indicators,and the results of stepwise discriminant analysis showed that with the increase of coupling indicators,the initial discrimination rate and the cross discrimination rate of the origin were gradually improved.Finally,the traceability model was established using 4 indicators ofδ^(13)C,δ^(18)O,δ^(15)N,andδ^(2)H.The initial discrimination rate and cross discrimination rate of the model were 84.5%and 77.6%,respectively.The results of this study provide a certain basis for the identification of the origin of silkworm cocoons,and traceability basis for the follow-up traceability of the origin of silk.
