摘要
数字时代的高校教师需具备数字素养以应对新型技术整合教学的挑战,帮助学习者充分适应未来的智能化社会。文章对比国内外数字素养研究,分析探讨了数字素养的内涵及其构成要素,制定了数字时代高校教师数字素养框架,并据此提出高校教师提高数字素养的策略:需要政府层面制定具有层级的高校教育者数字素养框架;需要重点探索高校教师数字素养与学科课程融合的新路径;加大高校教师数字技能培训力度,提升其数字化教学能力,进而实现利用数字技术赋能学习者的目标。
College teachers of digital era should possess digital literacy to cope with the challenge of integrated teaching of new technologies and help learners to fully adapt to the intelligent society in the future.The article,through the contrast of digital literacy research at home and abroad,has analyzed and discussed the connotation and constitutional elements of digital literacy,formulated digital literacy framework of college teachers in digital era,and accordingly put forward strategies of improving college teachers’ digital literacy:it needs the government level to formulate college teacher digital literacy framework with levels;it needs to focus on the exploration of the new routes of integrating college teachers’ digital literacy with subject courses;it should enlarge the training of college teachers’ digital skills and improve their digital teaching abilities so as to realize the objective of utilizing digital technology to energize learners.
