普惠金融对农村减贫效应探究--以广东省为例

Study on the Effect of Inclusive Finance on Rural Poverty Reduction:a Case Study of Guangdong Province

发展普惠金融是减缓贫困、巩固脱贫成果的重要措施,也是实现乡村振兴的长效机制。本文梳理了普惠金融传导机制与研究假设,以广东省各地级市2010-2019年数据为基础,构造动态面板SYS-GMM回归,对普惠金融的减贫效应进行实证分析与效率评价,并对模型进行稳健性检验。研究结果显示:(1)广东省各地级市普惠金融发展水平不断提升,各地级市的普惠金融发展指数与该地区经济发展水平、政策导向有强关联性。(2)普惠金融发展水平区域不平衡现象较为明显,珠三角等经济发达区域普惠金融发展水平高于粤东、粤西、粤北地区。(3)贫困减缓是一个持续性的过程,普惠金融减缓贫困效应显著。此外,地区经济发展水平、收入分配水平等因素对贫困减缓有促进作用,第一产业的发展水平对城乡贫富差距呈负向影响。

Inclusive finance plays a critical role in poverty alleviation,consolidating the achievement of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.This paper attempts to show the transmission mechanism and research hypothesis of inclusive finance.Based on the data of prefectural-level cities in Guangzhou Province from 2010 to 2019,dynamic panel SYS-GMM regression was constructed to conduct empirical analysis and efficiency evaluation of the poverty reduction effects caused by inclusive finance,and the robustness of the model was tested.The results show that:(1)The development level of inclusive finance in all prefecture-level cities in Guangdong province is constantly improving.The development index of inclusive finance of prefecture-level cities has a strong correlation with the economic development level and policy orientation of the region.(2)The regional imbalance of the development level of inclusive finance is obviousthe development level of inclusive finance in economically developed regions such as the Pearl River Delta is higher than that in eastern,western and northern Guangdong.(3)poverty reduction is a continuous process,and the poverty reduction effects caused by inclusive finance significant.Furthermore,Regional economic development level,income distribution level and other factors contribute to poverty alleviation,and the development level of primary industry has a negative impact on the gap between urban and rural wealth.
