植物在非生物胁迫下代谢组学与转录组学的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 在非生物胁迫下,植物主要通过重新配置转录调控网络与代谢网络以维持平衡。近年来代谢组学与转录组学等生物技术的发展,有助于对非生物胁迫下植物体内的代谢物与转录因子等关键组成部分进行鉴定。本文列举了目前用于分析植物代谢组学与转录组学的主要技术及其特点,介绍了代谢组学及转录组学目前在植物抗逆性中的应用。对近年来植物在温度胁迫、水分胁迫及重金属胁迫等非生物胁迫下的代谢差异与转录调控的研究进展进行了综述,针对当前的问题进行了展望,以期为植物的逆境胁迫响应分子机制的研究提供参考。 Under abiotic stress,plants mainly reconfigure transcriptional regulatory networks and metabolic networks to maintain balance.In recent years,the development of biotechnology such as metabolomics and transcriptomics has helped to identify key components such as metabolites and transcription factors in plants under abiotic stress.The main techniques and characteristics,which were currently used to analyze plant metabolomics and transcriptomics,were listed in the article.The current applications of metabolomics and transcriptomics in plant stress resistance were introduced.The research progress of plant metabolism differences and transcriptional regulation under abiotic stress such as temperature stress,water stress and heavy metal stress in recent years were reviewed.In view of the current problems,the future was prospected,in order to provide reference for the study of the molecular mechanism of plant response to stress.
